We provide landscaping, lawn care, and property maintenance services as agreed upon in your quote, service plan, or contract.

Service details, frequency, and pricing will be outlined prior to the start of work.

2. Scheduling & Access

Clients must provide reasonable access to the property on scheduled service days.

• Gates must be unlocked

• Pets must be secured

• Work areas must be accessible

If access is not available, the visit may be skipped and still charged.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due as outlined in your invoice or service agreement.

• Late payments may result in service interruption

• Recurring services may be billed automatically

• Outstanding balances must be paid before additional services are performed

4. Property Conditions

Clients are responsible for preparing the property prior to service:

• Removal of pet waste

• Clearing debris, toys, and obstacles

We are not responsible for damage to hidden or obstructed items.

5. Weather Policy

Services may be delayed due to weather conditions. We will reschedule as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Additional Charges

Additional fees may apply for:

• Overgrown lawns requiring extra time

• Excessive debris cleanup

• Services outside the agreed scope

Any additional work will be communicated when possible.

7. Service Limitations

Standard services do not include:

• Landscaping installations

• Removal of large debris

• Specialty services (aeration, dethatching, etc.) unless specifically agreed upon

8. Cancellation

Clients may cancel services with at least 3 days notice.

Failure to provide notice may result in charges for scheduled services.

9. Liability

• Pre-existing property damage

• Damage caused by hidden objects

• Normal wear from routine lawn care operations

10. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the functionality of the site.
